I have owned and used this product for a couple of years now, while also being an extremely long time user of another "big" conversion tool. While the "big" tool worked somewhat fine with the big-dog names such as Akai and E-Mu, it lacked severly in quality (stability).

I found out about AWave a few years ago, found that it supports a lot of functionality that I needed, or didn't even know i needed and then some. Not only is this software way more robust than the alternatives, its actively being developed and improved (with a great and responsive main developer at the helm). This has become my main goto tool for any task that involves format conversion and/or adjustment of existing banks/patches for my samplers and workstation.

Highly recommended.
