This is an insane powerful drum machine, really good for NIN music style, the tom are really good sounding and the UI is very simple.I recommmend it.It is a very low price for a very good plugin.

the only real tape machine i know was my 'so loved, R.I.P' Tascam portastudio 464.
I own a lot of tape emulation, it does the tape sound ...but Wires is not this kind of tape machine, it is an EXCELLENT sound design machine ! It make a wonderfull work on bass. I use it a lot this way : Fabfilter one ->Tsar-> Wires (don't forget gain staging!) and it does magic sound ! this is an masterpiece, it is one of the best plugins i own.
Really, try it and don't be afraid to insert it on every tracks, it RULEZ .
