Truth be told: It's a PHENOMENAL Compressor/Limiter. If you doubt me..do the trial version. I think you will agree..this is THE ONE. If you wondered about wether comp/limiting would really make any difference in your recordings..TRUST me...try this and you'll see and hear a vast difference. The competition is good..but Ive tried many and this is what I use, almost always.

But be aware of pricing. Vendors can do some weird stuff. Look around. be wise. And you'll be happy.
