I use this plugin as great way to fatten up and add some crunch or as a lo fi effect.
Used subtle it will really bring up the over all level as measured with RMS or LUFS meters, it will shave off about .5 to 1 db of peak.
it is fun to use wow n flutter also as effects on vox and instruments, good saturation !!!!.
Plus you really can add about - 45 - 50 RMS of cassette noise for a convicing simulation in the background.
Very cool tool.
