This sounds fantastic and runs smoothly... only one thing that annoys me and that's the fact when setting the crosstalk to a value, when closing and re-opening a project this parameter always switches back to 0 would love to see e separate parameter for this instead of having the crosstalk and stereowidth as dubbel function on one knob. you don't see hardware tapemachines with 2 functions on one knob :).

Hi! That's definitely a bug I'll fix as soon as possible. Thanks for pointing it out!!! On another note, the dual function is a design choice meant to avoid overloading the interface too much (the nice thing about the digital realm is that it lets us get around some of the limitations of real hardware). Thanks for trying it out and taking the time to comment.

Finally someone has gotten the nerv to tackle chris's code and slammed a gui on them, and they look rather nice i must say... all sound good and run stable on first impression, i just had some difficulties linking knobs with multiple functions to midicontrollers... in Mods, and Spaces is this the case, for example in spaces there's an issue when switching algoritms and there comes 2 pre delay knobs wich makes the connection fail as it refers to the original link setup. i know when it comes to making knobs with multiple actions it's not that easy since not all knobs are alike :)) great work, even with this minor glitch i give them 5 stars!!! Curious for future releases.

I give it 3 stars because it's not shit, It did not crash my pc, and u can clearly hear the airwindows setup in there but the gui needs some work, the knobhandling is terrible and the reduction meter in the dynamics section keeps flickering and doesn't give you an indication of what the compressor is doing, and the drive from the consol channel9 kicks in later then you apply it. But, overall a nice simple design tho and it has the potential but it's just not there yet :).

The gain reduction metering I'm already looking into :).
Could you tell me more about these 2 things?

I have this for a while now and i got to say it' is the best tape plugin i came across in all those years... the CPU usage is fantastic and the sound you get from this thing is even better!!! it is on ALL my mixes standard... don't have to think twice about it :).
5 stars ain't enough for this plugin!!! oh and i almost forgot, the price beats all other tape plugin designers!!.
