The hardworking team over at Wrongtools have updated the CELESTAx2 to v1.3, and honestly? It's so inspiring, rich and lively to play.
Team Wrongtools took two Schiedmayers, put them in a proper hall, and told them to play together. It's that tiny, microscopic detuning—that "rub" between the notes—that makes it feel alive.
The Good Stuff: "Recording two celestas in unison... sounds like one." But a "one" that breathes and shimmers.
Mellow over Harsh: It thrives in the quiet moments. The lower velocities are gorgeous, avoiding that "clink", or sinus-like sustain you get with cheaper libraries.
