Fragment - Phase/Frequency modulation sounds

Fragment is an online collaborative additive / spectral / granular / subtractive / PM synthesizer and live-coding web. platform, the spectrum is created by a live GPU script, the generated visual is then converted to audio by an additive/granular/spectral/subtractive/PM process, Fragment is basically a programmable noise-of-all-kinds software.

This is a video of various sounds made with Fragment phase/frequency modulation.

Fragment PM synthesis is a simple implementation of phase modulation where a sine carrier is modulated by a sine modulator, the modulator frequency and amplitude can be manipulated through the blue/alpha channel. The delay heard is done within Fragment.

Renoise DAW is used in the background to output audio + MIDI out and enhance the sound with reverb.
