ANARCHIA is a Kontakt-based virtual instrument built from long-form sampled performances of piano, guitars, trumpet, and Irish whistles. Each source includes a range of articulations, with recordings lasting up to approximately one minute. The instrument uses multiple independent playheads per note, each starting from different positions within the sample.

This creates layered, rhythmically aleatoric textures with natural variation in timing, density, and phrasing, producing an ensemble-like effect from a single key press. Voice count can be adjusted from a single playback instance up to 12 voices per layer, with two layers available for a total of up to 24 voices per note.

Additional controls include octave distribution, per-layer envelopes, filtering, stereo width, and assignable LFO-based modulation. ANARCHIA is fully tonal and is designed for creating evolving textures that range from sparse and defined to dense and blended.
