Hey Audiodev.blog,
We just sent out a newsletter to our subscribers about the KVR Developers Challenge and mentioned Orbinator as one of our personal recommendations to try out. This is what we wrote about it:
"The simplicity of this plug-in makes it a pleasure to play around with. Audiodev.blog did exactly what is needed to make Orbinator a success: they give their user a simple but colorful UI and steady, solid sound design options. The tuning and ADSR sliders are very intuitive to use and the display makes it directly clear what is going on. Also not unimportant: it works great on Linux!"
We love your work.
Kind regards,
Darkpalace Studio Team.
This one is fun. It is incredibly simple, meaning you will need to bring in your own effects to get the most out of this synth. Because of it's intuitive approach to modulation, you can easily create complex sounds with this despite it's rather substantial limitations.
I'm not usually into reviewing stuff, but I felt compelled to do so because this plugin is just awesome. It's a simple, bare-bones instrument, but it offers a lot for its simplicity. If I need a pad that has movement and isn't just static, I'm definitely using this. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I wish there were a few more sound-design options to create different sounds (correct me if I'm wrong about that!). If I missed something, I'd be happy to change this to 5 stars.

Unfortunately it does not work in the current version 1.0.2 on Windows.
Would be interesting what this has to offer.
