Jade Hochschule is a public university in northern Germany. For audio interested people there is a course program "Hörtechnik und Audiologie" (it is in German).
All programming is made in and for the courses "digital signal processing" and "digital audio effects (DAFx)".
We use JUCE for audio plug-in programming.
Some plug-ins can be found here. There are all based on a programming course. Please start with "AudioDevOrga"

as quite a newb dev I'm excited about this plugin release because it might help me learn about IIR filters in a more practical way. All this dsp literature is just... nope. I mean it's important. But there really should be more of a bridge between the literature and the practical sense in a way and I think this plugin might be a good step towards a future where learning filter design is more accessible to a generic audio developer who is not super specialized in math (yet).

Nice idea! Finally a plugin which shows, what an EQ really does to your signal. I especially like the phase plot.
