Knives On Strings

Knives on Strings came together in 2020, originally looking for things to build while the world was staying indoors. We spent a few years making other things before turning our attention to audio.

The plugins are recent, but the approach is the same: we build stuff we actually want to use. Faithful hardware emulations, done properly. Small team — code, UX, sound, and soul.

Our stuff is functional and opinionated. Not designed for everyone, but if you're into the same obscure gear we are, you'll probably get it.
