Wow! Many thanks monomaker for bringing Fathom to my attention! I checked it out and it so happens that there was a great sale today for the ultimate bundle for only $15 (regularly $150)! I just couldn't resist!

Plogue's Sforzando can be included -- it retains the same tuning setting when you change .sfz instruments. (However, the last time I checked, it only supports .scl files for octave scales with 12 notes/octave.)
