Getting in touch with FXPANSION!!!!??!?!

I purchased the update from BFD2 -BFD3 and didn't recieve the email with the software installer, tried to contact them several times with no reply.... any thoughts on how to get them to answer an email?!?

Why not try the forums and contact information on the fxpansion website?
Oh, and if youve bought a product, doesnt it show up under your account automatically?

It shows you all thew other downloads except the software installer, I've sent them several messages via the website and nada.

Are you seeing the 'software update' download? Despite the name, its a full installer for the software.

for the record, FXpansion are in the UK. so if you're in the US, you're expecting them to work night shifts

I'm in the UK. I remember when i got BFD2 it was the same with them.
