Hi
Got a homepage ability with my new ISP, but no built in page designer.

I went by rather well with what Netscape offered in the 90's.
One page at a time.
Need not be overly sofisticated.
Drag an image in place, allow to have link to larger size image etc.

No javascript or programming needed.

Just a preview, locally only, then I can upload with Filezilla.
Need not be free either.

If supporting XP is a plus.
