Universal user editable lists.

So recently it's come to me that every time there's a compatibility issue with plug ins like the recent M1 Apple transition some well meaning end user on forums like KVR starts a list of comparable plug ins, but eventually it's far too much work for some single volunteer. This has been repeated in two other forums about the aforementioned M1 compatibility.

I do not know how hard it would be but a member editable list of plug ins would male total sense, the burden of lists that update all the time seems too much for one person, and the fact they always fall far behind because of that burden makes me wonder if a forum member editable list would solve this.
