Does Acoustica Have This Feature - "Play Cut Preview"

Hi,

I'm looking to move from my current audio editor (Audacity) to something that has real-time audio processing (like Acoustica). There's a feature that I use a lot when editing audio in Audacity - "Play Cut Preview". Play Cut Preview allows you to select a region and then preview the audio with the selected portion removed i.e. the playback cursor jumps from the start of the selection to the end. It's fantastic for fine-grained editing of words and syllables.

Thanks for the interest in Acoustica! Unfortunately, Acoustica doesn't have this feature at the time being. I've added the feature request, though, and we'll try to get something similar implemented in a future update.
