Ample Sound

Hello everyone, noob over here. I am looking to get the ample sound 3 in 1 Metal pack, and was hoping to get something clarified. I will be using ample sound inside my DAW.

1.can I import the tab and or midi straight from guitar pro with the articulations into the program?

2.what's the lowest tuning I can tune the 6 string eclipse to?

3.since guitar pro only goes to 7 strings for guitar, would I be able to bring the tab over and have it play in the 9 string hellrazer?

Thanks for asking.

1. Yes you can, the Tab player supports GP4, GP5, and GPX formats.

2. The lowest note of AME is C1.

3. Yes you can use 7 or 8 string tab in AMH(Guitar pro doesn't have 9 string tab). AME supports 6 string tab only.

wow, thank you for the quick reply! if bringing in a 7 string guitar tab into AMH, where or how would it fall on the fretboard?

say 7 string B Standard, into AMH, and the tab is 0 on the low B string, what would that translate to on the AMH? the thickest string on the AMH or would it be playing the same note as on the 7 string tab?

The fingering positions are the same as Guitar pro tab. those notes will not be on 8 and 9th strings.
