Does anyone know how to get Bitwig to see all my presets for Padshop Pro? It only seems to know about the factory presets and not any of the expansions. How do I fix this please? They show up fine within Cubase...

On my mac the factory and addon vstpresets are all in the same folder here
\Library\Audio\Presets\Steinberg Media Technologies\Padshop
but possibly you installed the addons to user presets in which case you need to add the path to that folder in Bitwig's browser - probably in:
\Users\username\Library\Audio\Presets\Steinberg\Padshop
\Library\Audio\Presets\Steinberg Media Technologies\Padshop
