DIVA Midi Learn: CC 64 blocked?

I'm using two Faderfox PC12 (72knobs each, appear as 2 setups in Ableton) to control DIVA via hardware knobs.
In both PC12 I cannot assign knob No 64 to any MIDI Learn in DIVA. Both knobs works properly but not in DIVA.
All other knobs from both devices work properly in DIVA.

Is CC64 blocked somehow?
