Don't think it is (a weakness in the spec, that). It is possible to have a stereo plug-in take two mono sources panned hard-right and left. Or the same trick with a single surround input. But it's pretty nasty...

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to know.Phaedo wrote:Don't think it is (a weakness in the spec, that). It is possible to have a stereo plug-in take two mono sources panned hard-right and left. Or the same trick with a single surround input. But it's pretty nasty...
My two imput signals are mono.
My plugin is already coded in C++ and works well.
Do you think the modifications will be hard to make?
Do you know where I can get some usefull informations about that?
Thomas.

there are a couple of 'send' fx plugs.. mixbag, senderella.. you might be able to fanangle a split stereo signal out of two separate monos with that, otherwise i usually just bounce an audio track down.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.
