Less than 50% off at a Black Friday sale is massively uber lame-o, I feel.

Drummic'a is really quite good and worth getting if you only have Kontakt. IMO, the Abbey Road drumkits in Komplete are far better though.DrMEM wrote:I'd still like to get Drummic'a at some point but this worked for now!

Didn't know this was an option. I registered the Drummic'a serial, but the download link on the Sennheiser page gave me a forbidden error. Is KVR destroying their servers?DrMEM wrote:Brilliant!Rockerpreneur wrote:Hi,DrMEM wrote:I have been trying to do this for the last week. I was able to register but the download isn't accessible. Sennheiser Drummic'a is a free Kontakt Player instrument, it qualifies for crossgrade to the full version of Kontakt which can then be used to crossgrade up to Komplete. Works out a lot cheaper that way.

The page is all in German but its a pretty straightforward process to register and get your serial.
There's an old thread on here about it too. http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=441404
You don't have permission to access /sennheiser/drummica/static/DrumMicA.zip on this server."
Has anyone else been able to download it?
Unless you really want to use Drummic'a, you don't need to download the library in order to use it for crossgrade. Just login to your Native Access account then add Drummic'a serial number. Once it go through, you should be able to croosgrade after adding Kontakt 5 to the cart.
Good luck.
I'd still like to get Drummic'a at some point but this worked for now!
I also logged into my Native Access. Turns out since I also own Kirk Hunter Virtuoso Ensembles, that I'm eligible for the Kontakt - Komplete 11 upgrade path. That gets me Komplete 11 for $325. Not too bad ...

Really? I have yet to see an "audioplugin.deal" or VST buzz deal happen again, but maybe I missed it?ghettosynth wrote:It will be on sale again, it's too controversial and too expensive not to. Audioplug deals are being repeated on VSTBuzz - I saw the acoustic samples one on there (and for a bit cheaper too) a few weeks later. Its only a matter of time until they're all just repeatedLGK_Dude wrote:Really? Hello
The Waldorf VSTs are on sale at JRR.
What do you think about this deal? Are they worth the money?
Greetings
Olaf

Is okesounds Soothe on sale for 99 euros? I was told it was on sale but the website shows 149. Is there a coupon code or a deal doing it for 99?

Lector for $ 85 is a very tempting offer, anyway. The trouble is, that with the limited budjet you should first see all the season sales, before choosing those you really need/want. Lector is one of the best vocoders in the market, but do you need the best if you already have OK vocoder in you DAW factory collection?
And I know many are raving for the Largo - i.e. Waldorf is really a quality developer.

Largo is still a great synth. It is derived from their HW synths - blofeld i think?Harry_HH wrote:And I know many are raving for the Largo - i.e. Waldorf is really a quality developer.

Deals indicate some need from the dev to promote the product. I think that this product is too off the beaten path, controversial, and expensive, that this one round was enough. I think the same thing happened with the drum part separator plugin which is why it ended up at Focusrite a month or two after being free elsewhere.LGK_Dude wrote:Really? Largo can do 95% of what Blofeld does and has some different tricks of its own. Both are great synths but both have also some long unfixed issues. Largo has some user interface quirks but a great sound.Largo is still a great synth. It is derived from their HW synths - blofeld i think?

I have quite some amp sims but have never heard of them. One may also want to consider the current deal at https://kazrogplugins.com/amember/produ ... mionikM2CP. A Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+ simulation for $5.Lazylefteye wrote:This Studio Devil plugin bundle deal at Audio Plugin Deals looks tempting ... Anyone have any experience of dealing with Studio Devil?
