Quad Core 6600

I wonder if I upgrade my computer to Quad Core 6600, will I run the Kong VSTI smooth with my Sonar 6? with Aus P5k Wifi Main Board.

I plan to buy Kong all sets instruments, and gonna upgrade my computer before buying Kong.
