Yes. Worked perfectly! Using Dreamstation in energyXT nowpottering wrote:Polac dxshell, maybe?

Downloaded but got lazy and never tested it.
[1 day later edit:]
Tested the dxshell and it actually works better than I expected.
It auto-located the dx stuff I had installed (some Sonar stuff) without needing any action, easy.
Working fine in Live 10 (I guess this means it should work in every DAW that supports VST2), works like waveshell, shows up as a folder in the browser.
Is there any DAWs that still support dx/dxi plugins?

I am pretty sure v7 still supported it, there was a box to tick somewhere in the preferences if I remember correctly.flugel45 wrote:Nope, Mixcraft dropped DX support with version 7.fluffy_little_something wrote:Mixcraft
Not sure about v8, I stopped using it and never upgraded to v8.

I have versions 7 and 8 -- no DX support. But you don't have to take my word for it:fluffy_little_something wrote:I am pretty sure v7 still supported it, there was a box to tick somewhere in the preferences if I remember correctly.flugel45 wrote:Nope, Mixcraft dropped DX support with version 7.fluffy_little_something wrote:Mixcraft

It worked fine for certain DXi Plugins, but unfortunately not for Pentagon or the Roland GrooveSynth. People on the CW forums report that it had problems with a couple of the Sonitus plugins as well.pottering wrote:Polac dxshell, maybe?

Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.
