Hi
I'm on MuLab (7.7.4) and I'm trying to record notes from the controllerpads from the Arturia Sparkle drummachine, but so far no success. The Sparkle shows up as a VST and can be run in sync with MuLab, but I don't want to program the Sparkle, I just want notes to be recorded in MuLab. Has anyone some directions?

If you want to record notes coming from a VST plugin, put a Event Recorder after that VST.

It depends where you have inserted that VST. If it is in a rack, then simply insert an Event Recorder in the rack slot just after the VST. Then hit the main record button. After you have finished recording the event input of the event recorder is stored in a new sequence part.
