Using keyboard with external plugins (FL is not reacting to key command)

When third party plugins are in view in my Daw, the keyboard shortcuts gets cut off, can I fix this?

In Sylenth1 I think you can turn off the keyboard in the Settings file, which you can access via Menu -> Open Data Folder. Right-click the Settings file there, edit the keyboard options, and then save the file.
