Changing presets hangs Sylenth1

Just upgraded to the latest v3.067, but when just clicking once on the arrow keys in Sylenth to change a preset (doesn't matter which way), the synth just changes presets endlessly as if the arrow is held down and never released.

This causes the DAW to basically hang as I can't click anything else. The only way out is ctrl-alt-del and shut the DAW down in Task Manager.

This is when using the 32 bit version of Sylenth in Reaper 4.78 32 bit (so no bridging).

When using another VST host like Minihost, everything works normally.
