Deleting automation

Apologies, I think I've seen this somewhere before...how do I completely delete automation from a particular track?

select the curve by clickign on it, the look at the properties panel - there is an option for deleting nodes, including one to delete all nodes on the curve.

Thanks valley, but that still leaves the curve on the screen - although it's just a straight line. Can you get ris of that too?

Click on the little box with the 'A' in it at the top right of the track. This should kill it for you.

or from the 'automation' button over at the bottom left you can choose to hide all automation curves.
