As far as remember Beno said there were no major imrovements to the sampler.

Why bother... Either use the WAVs themselves, or convert it to SF2 and use the SFZ player.

Just discovered this...

T2 includes SampleTank SE (subject to change without notice) which might be able to import Akai patches (its bigger brothers do...)
