-Possibilities to edit freeze tracks (mute, volume, solo)
-repeat this Clip "xxx" time
-region to clip (mark in & mark out move to the lenght of the select clip)
-in midi clip edit (piano roll) add to the popup menu (right clic mouse) possibilities to swap tool quikely (select, draw, erase)
-duplicate or move the scroller bar (overall position) near the transport keys or just on the top of the property panel
-in setting menu/key-mapping add all the functions present in windows edit song. Split clip at mark in is not present ...
-add hyperthreading compatibilities
-add a general button to show or to hide master volume curve for all tracks, another to show or to hide master Pan curve for all tracks

I don't think Jules will include all of the featured you listed, but you better see yourself:

Use the bracket to move the cursor instantely to the mark in or out, press / to split.
-repeat this Clip "xxx" time
Select the clip, press "loop this clip"
-region to clip (mark in & mark out move to the lenght of the select clip)
Select the clip, press "M"
-in midi clip edit (piano roll) add to the popup menu (right clic mouse) possibilities to swap tool quikely (select, draw, erase)
draw: press "d"
select: press "s"
erase: press "e"
-duplicate or move the scroller bar (overall position) near the transport keys or just on the top of the property panel
Why? I suggest get rid of the scroll bar entirely, I just use the scroll wheel.

Don't understand that one.
-add hyperthreading compatibilities

-add a general button to show or to hide master volume curve for all tracks, another to show or to hide master Pan curve for all tracks

-an option to freeze just a clip .....

Why hyperthreading? To take advantage of mobo's with two / four (or dual core) CPU's ofcourse...

What a strange question! :?

Split Clip(s) at region (mark in & mark out)
Seems like a good short cut to have.

Better would be the ability to create macro keys which define a list of short cuts that get performed one after another

ie. F8 could trigger 'm', '[', '/', ']', '/' which would have the same effect as your suggestion.

Its a hot idea, even if i do say so myself :)

yeah.. customizable macros would be incredibly awesome... or 'actions' like in photoshop so you can access buttons that have no shortcut key. :o

I just hope the manual is better this time around. I never knew about half of this stuff.

Thanks for the tips.

I got it, surprised no one else did

It doesn't matter anyways, my p4 performs better with the hyperthread off no matter what combination of vst/vsti/dx/dxi/host......etc............
No, it isn't DENORMAL
It's another phenominon known as the p4anotanormal. Basically, even if the software is "optimized" for HT, when going thru the chip pipelines the little bits of information don't know where to go. Then, once a path has been selected, there now becomes "prejudice" between the two different paths.
Some of the bits become picked on, needing counseling and usually turning to info abuse or "path envy syndrome"

So, you're saying it's better to disable HT? How do you do that?
