unpacking Reason files

If you guys would read what he wrote, he already said unpacking refills is IMPOSSIBLE. He is talking about a Reason RPS convertor. A Reason RPS is a published song that someone else has created. Converting one of these will only allow you to STEAL patches not samples.

there is a "rps2rns" file converter already out, so there are people out there who can make an unpacker, its just the question of finding them;

Well, I fund it,(and It is not a spyware) Mabe somebody wants to try it ?
What is de best way to share this soft?

And what good would that be without the samples to load? I mean it would be cool for the synths, but no good at all for any sampler stuff, so what's the point?

Believe it or not Sick, some people don't like to create their own Subtractor and Malstrom patches. They'd rather get other people's creations and rape them instead.

I think is very difficult to find an answer pleasent for all people.
That depends your point of view; If you are working , selling refills or something like that is normal if this idea dont like you ; Or maybe is only your moral because you think that is normal if the autor keep the control of the staf he created. OK but many thinks are changing in this domain at present.Look the revolution doit by the mp3 in music ,and also the Div x with films. You can buy the most stronger safety lock for your house door, but if somebody realy want to come in, he can do it
What about craked programs ?
I confess that mi first Cubase was a cracked version. At present i have a legal last version and i think most of people use this way to test programs ( money problems...) With samples is very complicate situation.I work with Cubase and Reason in rewire mode. I have several projets to keep with me to show a friend in Paris.I need to work with him openning the songs like I do at home.I dont want to take the plane with a Hard disk with all my rfls I had try already to do DVDs, but I need to change many thinks to have a fast open for each song . If I can do a separate rfl for ich song all became ease.I hope you understand my idea;

i know what your saying. and sometimes it's a pain in the neck to collab with someone without the same soundbank. it's either that a) your friend's going to have to d/l the same refill (if it's free) or buy the commercial refill or b) what you're going to have to do is load the refill, record your synth phases, program the drums and render each one to wav...that way you could just send the wav files to your friend. he can then open them up in Cubase.

When it comes to a RPS2RNS converter it is about ripping people off.

I'm agreed on the refills point, but this is no longer about refills.
