I couldn't find anything on the u-he.com site that stated the limitations of the Zebra demo (AU).
As I have been playing around with it, it just plays the same note progression over and over again.
Any idea what the deal is?

Hehehe, I found it kinda funny to do this.
I think it's described in the readme: Zebra starts playing that boring progression after 10 minutes of usage. This way you can still save patches and stuff. Very convenient IMHO.
On the downside, users who upgrade their hardware or migrate to a new OS version (hence typically have to enter the registration again), don't realize that they're in demo mode and sometimes send desperate emails about "Zebra out of tune - bug?!?".
Next revision will probably feature a more obvious scheme.
