I Had this problem in the past but forgot how I fixed it..
Its a simple thing, just cant recall.
My audio output is disabled from the soundcard when I load Tracktion, however everything is works fine when I load up other hosts.. Why Tracktion?
No Audio? Disabled On Soundcard? Works OK on other Hosts !

Can you tell us a bit more - what soundcard, do you have the card's latest drivers, what version on Tracktion, what OS you're on and how is the audio disabled? Can't you just go to the "Settings" tab in Tracktion and enable the audio?
(with all these inputoutput threads going on atm, I'm feeling extremely good about my trusted old Audiophile... it's not the be-all-end-all of soundcards with only 1 analog I/0, but it has worked 100% flawlessly in every situation I've had in these 3 years... the AP24/96 just works)
