Nope, very low CPU on my Athlon 2000 laptop using Traction, EchoIndigo IO. What host are you using? What driver/soundcard are you using? Is the 10% usage you are showing being reported by the host or by Windows?

a) I installed the two plugins in the folder of my choice. The question is, can i now rename that folder to just "DK+", and can i put it in another subfolder of my choice in my vst plugins directory?
C:\Program Files\VST Plugins\Drums\Samplers\NUSofting DK+\
b) I also renamed them both, to DK+.dll smd DK+lite.dll
c) CPU load is fine here, XP2600+ <5% cpu
d) For Sequencer triggering, make sure you are sending the triggers on MIDI channel 16.
- C3 and C#3 start and stop the sequencer
- the midi notes ranging from C1 (#36) to B2 select one of the 24 patterns of the DK+ internal sequencer
