I've got a weird issue with TubiLe Sax in Orion.

I'm working on a tune that has Le Sax in it (I've done other tunes without this issue) and when I have the track loaded and try to either close Orion or reload the tune, Orion crashes.
I've gone through every instrument and effect in the tune, deleting them to isolate the problem. It's definitely Le Sax.
I'd stream it and import as wav to eliminate the problem of having to restart Orion all the time, but I can't actually delete it from the tune.
If I try to, Orion crashes. Open the tune up again and Le Sax is still there.
Is this a known issue?
Is there a solution?
Any ideas?

Well, I've still got the same problem in the same tune.
I've deleted all automation from the instrument and it still crashes Orion if I try to delete the instrument itself.

This is a real pain in the backside now.

I kinda thought there might have been a bit more support than this?
3 days now I've been waiting for a reply here.

sorry for the late reply, actually I also hoped other Orion users replied,

anyway I tried LeSax in Orion Platinum demo and had no problems

could I open your song with the demo?
