Hmmm I used the FL demo for a long time because I couldnt afford it. I would leave the program open until I could render my stuff to wave files, and then import them into Acid Express. Using cracked software its wrong, no matter how you look at it.

And to answer the bastard question

, select a blank pattern number in the playlist where you want to record the midi, select the area you want to record by highlighting it (click and drag on the timeline at the top), press record and away ye go. If you want loop record select it from the options menu. Strewth, wasn't so hard now was it chaps eh?
