is the number '2' a new feature?
and the box?
does the cd-case within the box also count as a new feature?
and the cd itself?
and a 'mackie' logo in the loading screen?

My guess is that some of the features may be more or less transparent to the user, but enhance the overall flow of the tool.
I think the features we've seen listed are still pretty much "killer", compared to T1...

If it does turn up somehow, I'll have to start scrounging for $149.95. That would be a nice surprise.Def Dave wrote:sadly enough that a good timestretch-algo is not under these 123 changes...Beno wrote:Not to be a tease, but I just did the latest count of new features, and the number is up to 123 new features!

Sounds about right. I mean, you can't "see" broadcast .wav in action, it's just a new piece of header information in a .wav file export, which is about as transparent as it gets!grantlmiller wrote:My guess is that some of the features may be more or less transparent to the user, but enhance the overall flow of the tool.

Plus, some of what we think of as "one" feature (improved MIDI) can be sub-divided into subfeatures. Like "step edit" mode in the piano roll is one feature, "line tool" is another, etc.

I just have to applaud Beno for being so light hearted and patient in his replies to all this Tracktion 2 anticipation and rioting. Its just good to see someone level headed, even handed, and with a great sense of humor running this forum.
Now where's my T2?
