Fruity experts!! ...a couple Qs

Apparently in the middle of all this fun, the question was lost... so let's recap!
My original question was: In the playlist, while playing back a pattern in the sequencer, somehow I was RECORDING the output to the audio channels at the bottom of the playlist... Now, how that happened, I don't know unless I accidentally hit the record button on the mixer or something?? But, for the record, that was my question...
1. The links "troll 1" provided are all down, and don't work... Not to mention I read those in like... 2002?? ...And DON"T cover audio recording anyway...
2. "Troll 2's" insinuation that I was using cracked software, was like him... just plain idiotic, if he looked at my posts/or post count??
3. The Fruity manual sucks... always has! Hence the forum... And I doubt anyone has learned how to use Fruity, reading the manual...
The question here (as I see it)... Is this forum for information/help? ...or just for pathetic losers who probably like to tear the wings off insects, when their not posting anonymously on forums like this...

You know what... I think you are right. I think everyone here learned to use fruity just messing with it. Although it has been pretty helpful to read the manual once in a while just to see what something does. For example, I've been a FL user since version 2.7 and just last night I got curious and decided to learn the LSD thing. Of course the manual wasnt clear enough, so I had to mess with it here and there, and it was too late to post here. The Fruity Scratcher, as you can see in my post, isnt yet clear to me. Not that I NEED or USE the plug in, as its not necesary, but I'd like to learn it just in case, it may come in handy.
About the assumption that every guy who postes a question about fruityis using a cracked version is usual around here, because they want you to post in loop talk, which I understand. Thats the only way/incentive they have to get users to register, which is cool with me. And as a final note, I dont use the recording features in FLStudio, LOL so I cant answer your question, I record in Audition and then import as an audio track.

I am confused by this, DHR53. Are you looking for an answer about how to record MIDI? Donks answered that on the previous page. As to why you got wav files - that is what happens when you click on the record icon on the mixer.
This forum is for help but when you respond to troll posts by calling them idiots you are basically just asking for it...come on, you know how KVR works.
Of course, the REAL place for Fruity help is the IL forums.
And IMHO the Fruity help files are rather excellent.

Like I said... I know how to record midi tracks, patterns etc. I've owned this program since 3.0! For some reason, when I was recording some patterns from the sequenecer, I was getting audio tracks... I have no idea, just some strange combination of something I did... but I'm moving on... As for the people who seem compelled to "harass" at random... I'll admit, it does piss me off!! Having been in the computer business for 20 years, I've read enough pages (in manuals) to circle the earth a couple of times... If you can't ask a question about a specific "instance" why even have a forum?? It's really a "has this happpened to you" type of question... NOT a "do you know the features" question... This shit doesn't happen at OSX Audio, but of course their Mac people, so maybe that says something... I personally think they should delete any off topic questions that don't pertain to the posts... If you don't have the answer, or any type of insight... Shut the f**k up!!

actually, i think the whole"if someone posts here about FL they must be a crack user" phenome has been very much less than in the past.
i think its stupid to assume that someone posts here must be a crack user simply because they arent on the registered forums... for me, its just easier most times to ask here..

Agreed. If you have no insight, do not post. Would make this a great forum.DHR53 wrote:If you don't have the answer, or any type of insight... Shut the f**k up!!

I agree. on a purely superficial level, KVR is easier to look at, more fun to be around, and the folks with good answers on the IL boards are here all ready.Jaeson Merrill wrote:actually, i think the whole"if someone posts here about FL they must be a crack user" phenome has been very much less than in the past.

You'd think anyone with "half a brain" could figure out... that someone with over 800 posts here, probably isn't a crack user, right?? FL seems to attract this element... As JMC pointed out in another thread... they get over 30,000 fraudulent internet "credit card" purchases a month!! Frankly, for $99. and lifetime free upgrades... Why WOULD anyone use a crack version??
I have to spend $1000s of dollars every year on software, just to keep my business running... I don't take lightly to people accusing me of not paying for my software

I visit this site just about everyday, and this is my first post. That said, this is the most ridiculous pissing contest ever. Good tunes though DHR 53, just let the music speak for itself...IMHO.
