Tracktion - another project screwed up

This is the second time, that i cannot continue to work on a bigger project.
Saving a project takes 30 seconds. After each record, the autosave is called, which means, that I have to
wait 30 secs after each recording.
Another problem is, that if I try to move a huge set of midi notes, Tracktion hangs at least for about 20 seconds.
Does anybody have an idea ?
Other larger projects work fine.
Does it have to do with the number of midi clips ?

Ah, that explains why I never encountered this problem. I only ever export clip-at-a-time, never an entire track or multiple parts as one file.
