... a filter that passes audio from a track to a corresponding virtual (and internal) audio input on another track so you can jam and record the results simultaneously without needing to use external plugins like tapeit / etc ...
(havent fully thought this through so forgive me if ive missed anything really obvious that makes this a bad idea)
