Ok, so I posted this in the sticky post by Valley, but realized it wasn't really the best place, so I'll ask here.
I don't want to be a groundhog, and some questions do get asked too much.
I'm PERFECTLY happy waiting till May to get T2. But if the keyfile system is the same(or is it not?) then can we make the demo the full version by just buying a license online? By the way it seems to be set up, this will be an option. I DO want the plug-ins, so I do want the boxed version.
But for us T1 users, do we upgrade through Mackie? Or will there be upgrade paths in the stores? I don't really know how they could effectively do this, so I'm assuming it will be through Mackie. Now, that being said, can we unlock the demo?
Maybe this is something that can't be answered yet, and if it is, I won't ask again. But I am just kind of curious about how we will go about upgrading, and if we have to wait for our box from Mackie to unlock our demo.
Thanks for ANY info given. Please understand, I'm not trying to hurry things up, and will wait happily until things are ready to go, without complaint. But these things just make me curious. Thanks!

I doubt we will know for a few days, especially as Beno is not around for a while.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if there were some kind of download-only upgrade deal available for T1 users.

So am I right in assuming that Beno will be the one to make that announcement? If so, that's fine. Then I know the general idea of what to wait for. I'll be content with that!

It'll probably either be Beno, or an email.
