If its like the T1 demo its fully functional for a month, then after that you'll hear a white noise burst every few seconds. You can still save and open projects tho. I've said this before but I actually had several projects done in the T1 demo before I bought it.MrTom wrote:Does anybody know what the limitations of the demo version are ?

Yeah, but a better, brighter cleaner 64 bit white noise in T2.

For me, the fuzz is there already, and you can't render anything.
If you have requests for Korg VST features or changes, they are listening at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Oh, dear, that renders the demo a little, er, more like teaseware...

Yep, it's a bit annoying, especially since 'May' may become 'July' knowing how the world works.mandolarian wrote:Oh, dear, that renders the demo a little, er, more like teaseware...

Can you save? T1 will open T2 edits quite happily..braj wrote:For me, the fuzz is there already, and you can't render anything.

Ron, you're as predictable as the british weather, but really, you've played with it for what? Ten minutes? And you can't do it yet? Tried looking it up in the manual?rpc9943 wrote:meh... I dont see controller support for tascam us428... ill have to check this out tomorrow... not sure why its T2 and not just another upgrade release.
RoNC
Click on the automation button, and choose "Create midi controller mappings" (shortcut key is Shift, Ctrl + m), then click on the right hand column, choose what you want the controller to map to (say, the master volume), then click the left column, and move your slider. Job done. And you can map it to any parameter on any vst, whether the vst supports midi controller or not.
This is the easiest and best implimentation of this that i've ever seen in music software, I love it.
But don't throw all your toys out the pram just because you haven't found everything instantly. D'you know how long it took me to realise that layered audio clips had been implemented? I didn't even notice for days ... there's more in there than you think

well, I will pay for an upgrade just to get the sends and the colors! but I have to say that it's not what I was hoping for. I have been patiently waiting for it to become more "finished" and it has in some ways, but not the ways I care about. I was also hoping the OS X version would be a little more Mac-like.
I haven't really seen that much that's going to change the way I work. little things that seem like they would be easy to do and really make a difference still aren't there, like;
some sort of time/date stamp on the edits in the project window. it tells me the length of the items even though I have know idea why I'd need to know that on that screen, but if I have 5 edits it doesn't tell me when they're from or which one I worked on last. scrolling all the way in in the eit view still gives you an unusable view of the waveform. it's still not sample accurate editing, or am I missing that? and many other little things that make it just a little short.
it seems like Tracktion 1.7 and if it was and came out 8 months ago it would be awesome. maybe it took a lot of work getting the foundation together and bigger updates will come more quickly now.
I'll still definately going to buy it and I recommend it to people all the time, but I guess I'm going to have to keep looking at other hosts. I'm waiting for the day when Tracktion will be it.

It would figure that the first time this is not a hoax is on April 1st. This community sickens me.
It’s pretty cool. Not much more to it unless I’m looking in the wrong places. I almost wasn’t around to post this because the initial color scheme had me sitting here chewing on the bad end of a handgun. I also broke the app three times doing crazy stuff like adding a pitch shift filter. I guess I was thinking outside the box with that one. Although I’m being a negative prick I am about to call out of work to play with this some more.
