Importing Midi loops - what am I doing wrong?

I set up a track with Kompakt playing a GM drum kit, and imported a midi drum loop that works in any other apps. But it won't drive Kompakt. I can program drums manually, I just can't get a premade loop to work in T2. What's the problem?

What happens when you try? Have you tried quantising note lengths?

Nevermind, I checked in T1 and it happens too. Same midi track drives other VSTs. T2 comes with RMIV, so I won't be using Kompact for drums anyway. False alarm.

Changed Kompact to Omni and fixed it. D'oh!

even so, if it is struggling to import that midi file, it might be wirth sending it to JUles for investigation...

No, I think it was a Kompact issue. Not worth worrying about anyway. I'm just brushing up on my drum programming skills and looking to living without timestretch for a while.
