Tracktion for Dummies - "NEWBIES"

Is there some sort of dummies guide to using this software. I understand that the learning curve is almost non-existant with this software but I am a newbie and just by browsing this board, I get lost in the lingo and capabilities of the program. Sidebars, midi editors, dsr, final mix filters...Can anyone provide a link to any documentation that would break this all down to me in layman's terms. Thanks. I am trying to milk this application for evertyhing it is worth. HELP!?!

.pdf for tracktion? I can only find one for final mix...is this what you are referreing to? Please let me know. All I see is an online manual.
