T2 is a huge improvment over T1, why so glum?

For those of you who were beta testers......you have a real version.......you have no right to complain about the rest of us COMPLAINING about being yanked!.

Want to know how much new music I've made with my hiss-free version? I've spent only one whole evening actually making music in T2 (my march competition entry) and even that was really just an attempt to use too much automation in one edit..

Mt projects list is full of edits with names like "SyncTest" "SideChainTest" etc..

How can you "make music" with the demo? That hissing sound is pretty annoying (ala linplug....)

So now it's time to complain that a demo was released...

It would be nice if those "rah rah" types would read the "bitching" that is being done and realize there is a damn good reason.

There is a difference between expressing your disappointment but coming to grips with "what it is and can do now" and endlessly complaining about things that are obviously not going to change with any immediacy.

We are still waiting for the update price and a way to purchase the product. BENO said all that would be done at one time just recently in this very forum. What other conclusion can you come to other than we are being yanked.

I sort of resent this statement. Do you think beta testing software is world of fun fun fun? Do you get gobs music done when beta testing? really? or do you spend most of your time trying to figure out how to replicate frustrating problems and mash your brain looking for other ways to make it blow up. I haven't got a single track done is the past 5 months. You are being a jerk for being so insensitive... and yes, bitching.

but for now I will continue to post these "whinny" posts in the hope that someone can understand why "we, the whinny ones" are "bitching"...............

but what does it accomplish? how does it improve your situation? it doesn't.

As a whole, I'd have to agree with AD80. It's painful peeking in here at times. I have no problems with folks voicing their opinions. It's a good thing! But to beat topics to death is just pointless. To drill folks who offer workarounds is wack too.. as they are usually people who are attempting to be helpful.

but i did do 3 paid seshions one in tracktion 2

hope my beta licence allows that?

just incase it dosent i made the hole thing up

I had 5 songs done in the T1 demo (with an even worst sound than a hiss, more like a chain saw sound) before I bought it. Did T1 stop working for everybody or what?

Nobody needs to apologize for beta-testing, whether they made a song with a "full" T2 or not.

eyeknow, you're well known as a whiner. Why fight the rep? You haven't convinced anyone yet, I don't think.
