very interesting indeed 
i wonder if the shops near me will be stocking T2? but more importantly i wonder how i can get it in the shops for the upgrade price? hmmmm i wonder i wonder how it'll work! i guess it'll have to be online mail order upgrades from mackie directly..

I wonder if after it is available in stores we will be able to upgrade over the web. I like the bundle package well enough, but I have Battery for drums and enough synths to keep me satisfied. I'm more concerned with getting T2 as soon as possible than anything else. That damn hissing sound is driving me batty.

I noticed that it says Sampletank 2 SE. The Mackie site just said Sampletank SE. That's a good thing, since version 2 is way better. Is SE able to load wavs in and make your own banks? If so, that is awesome! And it helps with the sampler situation.
By the way, the T2 page has been updated with pics of the main included plugs, as well as all the links to everythiing Tracktion. Very nice, indeed!

ST SE has 64 sample banks from what I understand, and you can only use them. It's like an expanded ST Free.

Hmmm, I'll have to see if the version 1 SE that came with my ProTools loads them, cause I thought that it did. But then again, I don't remember if I've even tried or not!
