unlinking regions and Tempo

There have been instances where we have needed to change tempo after the parts have been recorded... but doing so displaces the audio regions accordingly.. i cant seem a way to delink a track....

"timecode" menu -> "remap clip positions when tempo is changed" (turn it off)

note to Jules - that might not be the greatest place for that option as it has nothing to do with "timecode", no?

thanks platinumears... i was beginning to wory...
one can look at it as a timecode postitions, if we were not to take timcode in the technical sence. All positions are time related, even if its bars and beats, which are a function of time.... i suppose..

if I see "timecode" I think MTC, SMPTE, drop frame - tempo is something else...
