did you not read the guide i wrote

? you can remap ANY midi controller to an MMC message using MIDIOX and MIDIYoke. and before you groan it's not that bad at all! just like any additional drivers. i've attempted to make a map file for MIDIOX for the US428 based on the manual i downloaded, which may save you a few steps.

Not to be obtuse but I find the computer keyboard is tops for transport operation myself. I could see wanting a fader instead of a mouse but the space bar seems ok to me...

no worries. let me know when you try it if it works; as i said the map i created for the US428 is untested but it follows the messages stated in the device's specifications. i'll do what i can to help get it working
