Anyway, this is useful if you are working on material while a track is looping. It's disrrupted having it stop when all I want to do is slice a clip in a specific spot and delete a chunk while it plays back. It would make the entire exprience a lot more fluid.

This would rock, if there was an option that released editing from the current position marker. So there could technically be two. One for playback position, and one for edit position. Of course, have an option to revert it back to the current way for folks that don't get it.

yes, i mostly like the idea of going back to previously set loop markers but not only one step, it should remember at least 10 positions
but the other way is good to, would help a lot and improve the workflow evan more.

Could be useful.
Aldi-- not sure what your intentions would be with 10 different loop positions would be. I'm trying to imagine in what situation it would be handy to be able to do that on the fly?
For non on-the-fly work, you can just use the current bookmarking setup. "2" to move to postion, "i" to set new input marker for loop region.

This always annoys me in T and I'd love to be able to have an 'edit' cursor or something to do stuff in real time during playback. That would be a great addition.
