So for some odd reason installing the t2 demo unregistered my copy of t1, i don't know what the hell happened. I started up t1 the other day and noticed it said unregistered at startup. And to top it off my account does not work at mackie's website anymore so i can't get on to get a new keyfile sent to me. What are my options? this is a pickle.

You shouldn't need a new keyfile unless your machine ID has changed. - this happenned to me once Just show Tracktion your old keyfile!

I wish i could but i deleted that email with the attachment i never saved it to the hard drive heh :[

i would email mackie support with the details you set up your account with

eg: email address, user name,

& thay should be able to get you back in to your "my mackie account"
