Hi Guys,
This has happened to me a couple of times. It's totally my fault I realise but none the less frustrating.

My Tracktion project folder is on an external drive which I don't usually have mounted unless I am working in Tracktion.

I have Tracktion in the dock which sometimes (too many times  ) I click by accident when my external drive is not mounted.

Tracktion then opens with the project list empty. After that I have to manualy open all my projects the next time I really want to use Tracktion

Is there a quick 'open all projects you accidently closed' technique that you guys know of :?:

It happened again tonight and I watched powerlessly crying,"NO, NO" as Tracktion boots up once again and I close all my active projects

Steve

Why not put Tracktion on the external drive ? you can still put an alias in the dock.

Hey not a bad idea!

But aren't there advantages for having the external drive just stream the audio while the system and apps run off the internal drive?

I have a lowly iMac G4 700 :)

Actually, this makes me wonder about optimisation strategies for Mac owners using Tracktion.

Anyone care to share theirs :)

I suppose this has been covered before :?

I've had the same nag. My "workaround" is to instead of putting tracktion in the dock, i put my tracktion project folder in the dock, so I can open my projects directly from there.

Time saver....

Just been checking out osxAudio.com. Heaps of info there.

Time for some homework :)

I feel like am I having this conversation with myself :?

Carry on :D
